Privacy notice

Last updated: 25 October 2026 · Version 1.0

This notice covers this website, appcraftlabs.com. Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from its page on this site and from its store listing.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Diego Ferreira, based in Ireland, who publishes apps as DF Dev Apps. Contact: df.dev.ie@gmail.com.

What this site collects

Hosting logs. The site is served by Firebase Hosting. Google, as our processor under the Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms, receives your IP address, browser details and the pages you request so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. It keeps these logs for a few months. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Google Analytics, only if you accept. When you choose "Accept" in the privacy banner, the site loads Google Analytics 4. It sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and records the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location, and your device and browser, so we can see which apps people are interested in. Legal basis: your consent (ePrivacy rules and GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). If you choose "Reject" or don't answer, Google Analytics is never loaded and no cookies are set. Analytics data is kept for 2 months. Google signals, advertising features and data sharing are turned off. How Google uses the data: How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Your choice, on your device. The site remembers your Accept or Reject answer in your browser's local storage, so it doesn't ask again on every page. It isn't sent to us.

Email. If you write to us, we use your message and address only to reply, and keep them for up to 24 months.

The site has no accounts, forms, advertising, embedded videos or third-party fonts.

Changing your mind

You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: use Privacy choices at the bottom of every page and choose Reject. The site then stops Google Analytics and deletes its cookies.

International transfers

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (including the UK Extension and the Swiss-US framework), and Google's terms also include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, and for its rectification, erasure or restriction. You can also object to processing, ask for portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to df.dev.ie@gmail.com, and we will reply within one month. Nothing on this site needs your personal data, and we make no automated decisions about you.

You can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie) or to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 16.

Changes

When this notice changes, the date and version above change too, and the site asks for your consent again before loading Google Analytics.
